| Notes: | The Leavenworth beers tended to be not only hoppy, but pleasantly unfiltered, giving them full texture. The brewery/restaurant fits well in this neo-Bavarian town, which is a fun place to hang out and abosrb the different culture. Unfortunately, Fish Brewing in Olympia closed the brewery in Leavenworth when it took over operations, but it still brews the beers. |
