| Notes: | This is the real, "behind the scenes" of Grant's Brewing. Yakima Brewing and Malting also provides many of the raw ingredients that other breweries use, and this is the place that pellet hop technology was first developed, according to public relations representatives. If you want to check out the process behind the making of the US's first craft beers since Prohibition, you need to call first and schedule a tour appointment. Though there's no beer on tap for tasting, you'll more than likely get a private tour since tours are rather infrequent here. Trust me: the tour here is great because it's small, private, and you have the guide all to yourself, unlike the obnoxious huge group tours of Budweiser and other macro-swilleries.
