Each one was a delight! I had quite a difficult time picking my favorite since
almost all of them impressed me. What is most interesting about Sacramento Brewing
is how the brewers took traditional British and Irish style beers and sharpened
them with an American craft beer adjustment to brighten up the subtle flavors.
I highly recommend the River Otter Ale, which is a more citrusy version of an
English Pale Ale and the Mighty Imperial Stout with its velvety body that makes
it much smoother and richer than a normal Imperial Stout. One particularly nice aspect of Sacramento Brewing's Oasis is its Egyptian theme. It's quite befitting of the arid climate of Sacramento! |
