| Notes: | Dirty Jack's is the brewery which supplies the beer for the Jack of the Wood Public House. What's nice about visiting this establishment is that it has an authentic, neighboorhood brewery feel. Inside is a makeshift small bar with no more room than enough to seat a row of stools and a few tables, soccer paraphernalia on the walls, and a pair of televisions showing international soccer matches. Not surprisingly, the place was filled with soccer fans being served by a bartender with a British Isles accent and a keen knowledge of both soccer and the beer. While the decor is clearly American craft brewery minimalism, the feel is British Isles, thus giving Dirty Jack's a nice synthesis of both worlds. |
