Notes: Gallagher's isn't really a brewery, but it still deserves to be here on my list because it offers, on tap, some of the best homebrews people brew there. To me, this makes it more exciting than a typical brewpub because the selections are constantly changing. And even better: if you like a beer on tap, there's a possibility you can get the recipe and brew it yourself! Now, only if Rogue would do that with Shakespeare Stout...
