| Notes: | The Four Peaks is a quaint neighborhood pub with an emphasis on locals and their favorite sports teams. Instead of the usual cheer for Arizona teams, the locals possess a loyalty for a variety of different clubs, and this makes for an interesting, out of ordinary vibe for Four Peaks. All of the beers here are top notch - adventurous, but not overwhelmingly over the top. The Hop Knot IPA is like many others should be - citrusy and grassy without being overly bitter. The Hefeweizen, too, represents the attributes of a quality German-made Hefeweizen - it has a full, milky body and the perfect balance of vanilla, clove, and tartness. |
