| Notes: | Honestly, I don't remember too much about this place, but that's not a bad thing. In my notes about each beer, I notice that the quality, overall, is fairly solid for Elliot Bay's selections, and I do remember the food being good. You can catch them at the Summer Beerfest every year, and I usually try whatever special selection(s) they've got showcased that weekend (try the Orange Infusion of you can!). I also have to give some accolades to owner Doug Hindman for taking the time to let me interview him for some research I was doing on the Washington Brewer's Guild, of which he is the Secretary.
