Though Ellersick Brewing isn't open to the public, Rick Ellersick, owner/brewer, was kind enough to let me visit his brewery, which is in his garage. I'll never forget how he sheepishly told me that his daughter suggested that he check my ID before letting me try any beer. I think that was a ruse, and he was just too embarassed ask me upfront for it! But, I have to respect him obeying the law.
Rick brews on a very small scale for a limited customer base, and he only kegs. His beers are made more for a common palate, but they are still very pleasant. His summer beer is actually a party beer, or as he calls it, a "lawnmower ale," meaning it's the kind of beer to have if you want to have many.

UPDATE: The brewery has moved to 5030 208th ST SW Ste. A in Lynnwood, WA. Check out their web site at www.ellersickbrewing.com. I'll put up an updated review when I visit the new facility.
