Notes:

The Bison Weizen was just as I had hoped for on a hot July day - it was sweet, wheaty, and very crisp. Ironically, it is the only beer in the lineup that should have been sour, but it wasn't, and the rest of the beers were. If you like sour, then this is for you, otherwise do not expect traditional flavors.
