Birdsview Brewing is a return to American brewing roots. Run as a complete family operation (father as brewer, son as bartender, and mother and daughter as cooks) like early American artisan shops, you can't help but feel impressed as you watch everyone contribute in this off-the-beaten-path brewery. The location away from the hustle and bustle of Interstate 5-centered Washington makes Birdsview a nice getaway with its beer garden and scenenic views of the countryside.
